By accessing and using Pet Name Party (“the app”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Pet Name Party Is

Pet Name Party is a free web app designed to help pet owners discover name ideas for their pets through a short personalised quiz. The app generates name suggestions for entertainment and informational purposes. We make no guarantees about the suitability of any name for your pet.

Use of the App

You agree to use Pet Name Party only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the app
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-query the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data

All content, design, code, and name generation logic within Pet Name Party is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Personal names themselves (e.g. “Mochi”, “Bandit”) are not owned by us and are provided for suggestion purposes only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Pet Name Party is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific name suggestions will be appropriate or available for your use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Name Party and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
